By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and policies below.

1. Service Disclaimer

We strive to achieve the best results possible for each client. However, please understand that no guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes.

Results may vary depending on each person’s skin, hair, or scalp condition, as well as aftercare practices.

Additional touch-up sessions or treatments may be required to achieve the desired results, and additional charges may apply.

All services are provided with care and professionalism, but final results are influenced by your individual healing and retention process.

2. Deposit & Payment Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

All deposits are final and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please note that the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is allowed once, provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a $50 fee will apply.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

No-shows may lose future booking privileges.

All balances are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and contactless payments.

3. Package & Gift Card Terms

For prepaid packages or gift certificates, all sessions must be used before the stated expiration date.

Missed appointments without notice will be counted as a used session.

Packages and gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Health & Safety Policy

To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone, clients experiencing contagious skin, scalp, or eye conditionsmay be refused service at the discretion of the technician.

Please inform your provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your treatment.

We maintain the highest sanitation standards for all tools and equipment in compliance with California State Board regulations.

5. Previous Cosmetic Tattoos

If you have previous cosmetic tattoos, please book under “Cover-Up” and submit a clear photo for approval before booking.

If the photo is not approved, your deposit will be refunded in full.

6. Media & Marketing Consent (Optional)

With your consent, we may take photos or short videos before and after your service for our professional portfolio or social media.

You may decline this option at any time during your visit.
